Development build
The extension is currently being refined before public store submission. The source is kept with Merrick Tools, and official browser-store downloads will be added here after the release build is finalized.
What the extension can do
Fast launcher
Search every Merrick Tools page from a larger toolbar popup, save favorites, and keep a short local recent-tools list.
Context actions
Right-click selected text for word counts, case conversion, Base64, URL encoding/decoding, URL parsing, and JSON formatting.
Expanded workspace
The side panel combines the complete searchable catalog, favorites, recents, and lightweight text utilities in one larger working view.
Local utility input
Paste text directly or pull the current page selection when you need it. There is no redundant page-inspector section inside the workspace.
Privacy
The extension stores theme, favorites, and recent Merrick Tools pages locally. Text used by extension actions is processed locally. It does not request continuous access to every website or collect browsing history. See the privacy page for details.
Store releases
The Manifest V3 build is intended for Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons submission. Opera, Opera GX, and Brave can also run Chromium extensions; official store links will be added after approval.
